FAQ

We currently provide delivery in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Deliveries are organized in cooperation with a logistics company and the parcels are delivered to the parcel box closest to the address you specified. The shipping price will be automatically added to your invoice. The delivery price in Latvia is 3 EUR, while in Lithuania and Estonia it is 5 EUR. Free delivery is provided for all orders with a value of at least 50 EUR.

After placing the order, you will automatically be redirected to the online payment system, where you can make a payment by card, or choose the "Bank transfer" option, which should be selected if you want to place the order as a legal entity and you need an invoice. After receiving the order, the shipment will be prepared and handed over to the courier company. Delivery is provided within 3-5 days after receiving the order and/or payment of the invoice. Shipments will be delivered to your nearest parcel post.

The returns are not applicable. In case of damaged package, please contact us via e-mail. Each such situation will be reviewed individually.
